Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Laize currently sells and ships orders to Australia and New Zealand, charging a flat shipping fee of $16AUD for all orders under $150AUD, and all orders where you spend over $150AUD (prior to shipping costs) are shipped for free. Where applicable, sales tax is included; however, for shipping outside of Australia, you may have to pay customs fees (see below).
Shipping times are estimates only. Items are printed to order, packed and shipped from our Brisbane headquarters. While we want you to start enjoying your purchase as soon as possible, stock interruptions, increase in production (such as during sale periods), etc., may cause delays and as such orders may take up to 23 business days to arrive. You’ll be able to track your order once shipped.
Customs
International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the item itself. You are responsible for these fees. Any fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by you.
Returns
Laize makes every effort to make sizing as transparent as possible, and most of our products are unisex by design. We do not offer change of mind or incorrect size returns or exchanges. Please note the item description available on each product page and the size guide linked in the website footer.
Damaged, Misprinted, and Mislabelled Items
At Laize, all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before they are shipped out. However, if a damaged, misprinted, or mislabelled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, please contact us at hello@laizewear.com.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our headquarters. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our headquarters and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Claims
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. For all claims, in the first instance email hello@laizewear.com providing as much information about the issue as possible, including photos of product damage/defect if applicable.
