We are a small operation with our HQ based in Brisbane, Australia.

We believe much can be done in a good pair of trackpants, but it's best to do less.

A t-shirt is the hardest working item in your wardrobe, doubling as a hand towel, snack bowl, pajamas - the list goes on. If you're doing it right, laizing will take up a large portion of your time away from work, and we believe you should look good and feel comfy doing it.

To contribute less to the waste created within the fashion industry, we print to order. Products are sourced globally, and most of our couchwear is made from high quality 100% cotton for huggable comfort, and to give our designs a long-lasting finish. Sometimes, a poly/cotton blend is needed for the best results and you will see this noted in the item description.

Overall, we focus on providing quality items for you to laize in. There's actually some effort involved. It goes against our whole ethos. You're welcome.

We currently ship domestically Australia-wide and internationally to New Zealand only. We are still a brand-new business, and once we’ve settled in, we’ll look at branching out globally. Follow us on Instagram: @laizewear for announcements on shipping changes.

We will be constantly working towards faster processes to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible, and the above is an estimate based on current expectations. Delivery times can differ depending on supply chain, couriers, etc. As everything is printed to order, variances in order sizes and increases in orders during promotions can also affect our overall delivery timings.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a link to your order tracking page so you can keep tabs on your purchase and know when it will make its way to you.

In a word: waste.

As a new business, we don’t know yet which of our designs are going to be super popular and which might fall flat. We don’t know which size options our customers are going to use more of, or which colour tees you’ll prefer.

We do know that we don’t want to contribute to the extreme textile waste generated by fast fashion by having a considerable backlog of inventory, or waste our time making products you don’t want. So, we’re taking it slow.

As we learn more about Laize customers, our processes will speed up, and our product selection will either become more varied, or more focused, depending on results.

If an item arrives to you damaged or faulty, or you have received an incorrect order – that’s on us. Check out our Shipping and Returns Policy for information on what to do next.

As all items are printed to order, we do not exchange or refund for change of mind or if you have selected the wrong size. Please review the Size Chart linked in our website's footer, and read the item's description prior to making your purchase.

So glad you asked. Taking care during washing will help prolong the life and vibrancy of your Laize couchwear designs.

• Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours. Do not bleach and don't use fabric softeners.

• Tumble dry low if you must, or hang-dry for longest life.

• Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Don't iron the print.

• Do not dry clean.

We recommend washing your Laize items before your first wear.

Okay, not a question, but...

Wherever possible, our clothing is unisex style. If an item happens to be structured to suit a specific body type, this will be noted in the item's description. We'll never decide for you what items you can or should wear (unless we're out of stock), so you won't see gender designations or sizing categories/euphemisms on our website.

If you look at images of an item and like what you see, read the description and know what you're getting, check the Size Guide and are happy with the fit, well, then that item's for you.
